Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://brothersprecisiondieselontario.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Brother's Precision Diesel markets and arranges Diesel Engine Repair, Heavy Equipment Repair, Equipment Breakdown Service, Diesel Engine Overhaul, Commercial Truck Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Brother's Precision Diesel (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Brother's Precision Diesel may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Brother's Precision Diesel does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Brother's Precision Diesel's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Brother's Precision Diesel from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
